Jonathan is a Paralympic high jumper for Great Britain. With Paralympic and World Champion titles, he's turned silver into gold and triumphed following an achilles rupture in 2018. He's not just an athlete; he's conquered personal limitations on Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins.

Jonathan was crowned Paralympic T64 high jump champion at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics in 2021. Defying gravity and championing resilience, Jonathan has learnt what it takes to transcend his inner limitations and build resilience to become an elite athlete. Born with clubbed foot, Jonathan has competed at county level basketball, to becoming a Paralympic gold medallist high jumper.

Jonathan spoke about his journey of developing a resilience of mind to educate others on mind-set management to empower others with insights and confidence. This was an extremely insightful talk by one of our gold medal prospects for the Paris Paralympics next year.

We were joined by BSL interpreter Marie Biswell for this event.
