The National Paralympic Heritage Trust (NPHT) has developed a corporate day out with a difference. The birthplace of the Paralympics provides an inspirational setting for your internal meeting to start the day. Then we will take you on a tour of the site where the Paralympics began to learn about the heritage. the afternoon is filled with Paralympic sports for everyone to take part in, each needing a different set of skills and teamwork. So that’s Education, Employee Engagement and Exercise, all in one day. And all in support of a great charity.  

The content is flexible – we listen to your needs as a company and build the day to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Example Day  

9.00am Arrive and meet in the Stadium reception area. You will be guided to your base for the day. Hot drinks provided.
9.30pm Hold your own internal meeting or book a Disability Confidence Workshop from the NPHT (additional charge). Or allow NPHT to book a Paralympian to deliver a motivational talk (additional charge). 
11.15am Break, hot drinks and biscuit provided.
11.30am Tour of the Stoke Mandeville site, stopping at the historic spots for a bit of a history lesson.
12.30pm Lunch Break (a packed lunch bag is included in the price, with upgrades available).
1.30pm Competition time! Trial sports such as Boccia (a form of wheelchair bowls), and Goalball (like football, but played seated and blindfolded). There's also a chance to see our handling collection of Paralympic items.
4.00pm End of Day

The cost of this day starts from only £55 (no VAT) per person, with a minimum cost of £600 per day. We recommend between 8 and 20 people attend the day to maximise the opportunities. We can cater for more with enough notice.
